GROUP PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT 

I understand that Inquiring Minds is a brand for the sole purpose of coordinating field trip and other events for homeschool families. Participation is voluntary, and I’m choosing to attend this event.

I will participate in Inquiring Minds events offered by another member of the group at various location(s) and at various time(s) (collectively, the “Group Events”), and I will participate based on the terms and conditions below.

I acknowledge that the Inquiring Minds and its volunteers, representatives, and those it assigns as a Group Leader (collectively, the “Company Parties”) are not responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf, on the Company’s behalf, or otherwise related to the Group Events.

I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the Group Events. I release all rights to those photos, and I consent to those images being used for promotion online or in other mediums.

I understand that it’s my responsibility to supervise any children who I bring to the event and that my group may be asked to leave an event if behavior is deemed inappropriate by the Group Leader.

I acknowledge that there are inherent risks with the associated activities, and I agree that in no event will any Company Party be liable for injury, illness, or death resulting from participation or attendance in an Inquiring Minds event.
